- Ingredients:

- 4.5 ounces of confectioners sugar
4 eggs
1 ounce of finely chopped candied orange rind
1 ounce of raisins
4 ounces of fine bread crumbs
1 teaspoon of grated lemon rind
Directions:

Separate egg yolks and whites. Combine egg yolks with sugar and beat well.
Add orange rind, raisins, lemon rind and bread crumbs and mix well. Beat egg whites till stiff and add to mixture.
Mix all well and pour into a greased rectangular cake pan and bake until golden brown. Serve warm.
